1. (a) The Executive Director may choose not to review an application.
2. (b) Applications that are not reviewed are considered rejected.
3. (c) The Executive Director has sole discretion to reject an application for any reason.
4. (d) If an application is rejected, the Executive Director shall promptly notify the applicant.
5. (e) Rejection of an application is not indicative of the environmental status of the property, applicant's responsibility or liability, or the Department's enforcement interest in the applicant.
