An owner or operator of a gasoline dispensing facility is not required to obtain an Approval Order under Section R307-401-8. Each gasoline dispensing facility shall comply with the applicable requirements of Rule R307-328 and 40 CFR 63 Subpart CCCCCC: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Source Category: Gasoline Dispensing Facilities.
