1. (1) the opacity limits and control measures in Section R307-309-5; and
2. (2) the fugitive dust control plan submitted with the Notice of Temporary Relocation for each respective location.

Unless otherwise specified in Rule R307-209, an owner or operator of a portable aggregate processing plant shall comply with the following for fugitive dust:
