1. (1) This subsection R305-7-618 applies to all matters over which the Director has authority under the Illegal Drug Operations Site Reporting and Decontamination Act, Title 19, Chapter 6, Part 9, and under the authority of the Board.
2. (2) Definitions.

3. "Director" means the Director of the Division of Environmental Response and Remediation.

   1. (3) The provisions of UAPA and of Parts 1, 4 and 6 of this Rule shall apply to proceedings initiated by filing a notice of agency action under the authority of the Illegal Drug Operations Site Reporting and Decontamination Act, Title 19, Chapter 6, Part 9.
