1. (1)(a) This rule incorporates by reference the College and Career Readiness Certificate Program Standards Document, August 2025, which lists approved standards of each component of the College and Career Readiness Certificate.

   1. (b) A school counselor preparation program shall provide opportunities for program applicants, accepted into their programs after January 1, 2020, to successfully demonstrate competencies based on the College and Career Certificate Program Standards.

2. (2) A copy of the College and Career Readiness Certificate Program Standards Document is located at:

   1. (a) https://schools.utah.gov/administrativerules/documentsincorporated; and
   2. (b) the Utah State Board of Education - 250 East 500 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111.
