1. (1) Upon successful completion of the FGP and all LEA graduation requirements, an FGP student shall:

   1. (a) be awarded a traditional high school diploma; and
   2. (b) be eligible to participate in graduation ceremonies.

2. (2) An FGP student shall be eligible for the Seal of Biliteracy if:

   1. (a) the student has completed the GED exam in English; and
   2. (b) has fulfilled all requirements as outlined in Rule R277-499.
