1. (1) "Grant" means:

   1. (a) a planning grant under Section 53F-5-503;
   2. (b) an implementation grant under Section 53F-5-504; or
   3. (c) an expansion grant under Section 53F-5-505.
2. (2) "Grant program" means the same as that term is defined in Section 53F-5-501.
3. (3) "Review committee" means the committee established by the Board in accordance with Subsection 53F-5-502(3)(c).
