1. (1) "Approved provider" means:

   1. (a) the American Heart Association;
   2. (b) the American Red Cross;
   3. (c) the American Safety and Health Institute;
   4. (d) the National Safety Council; or
   5. (e) another provider approved by the Superintendent.
2. (2) "Coach" means an individual who independently supervises students participating in an extracurricular activity on behalf of an LEA.
