1. (1) A construction management contract shall clearly specify the duties of the CM with respect to the building project.

2. (2) An LEA shall bid each component part of the building project in accordance with statutory:

   1. (a) advertising requirements;
   2. (b) public opening requirements;
   3. (c) performance bond requirements; and
   4. (d) payment bond requirements.
