1. (1) Awarded funds may be used for the following purposes:

   1. (a) Implementation of the comprehensive prevention plan;
   2. (b) Prevention-focused parent seminars as described in Subsection 53G-9-703(2);
   3. (c) To supplement specific prevention needs identified by the LEA that can be justified through data;
   4. (d) Prevention science professional learning;
   5. (e) Supplies and materials related to implementing prevention programs; and
   6. (f) Other evidence-based prevention practices authorized by USBE.

2. (2) An LEA may not use funds received through this program for:

   1. (a) food;
   2. (b) capital improvements;
   3. (c) metal detectors; and
   4. (d) vape detectors.
