1. (1) An LEA may not charge a fee for a textbook as provided in Section 53G-7-506, except for a textbook used for a concurrent enrollment, International Baccalaureate, or Advanced Placement course as described in Subsection (2).

2. (2)(a) An LEA may charge a fee for a textbook used for a concurrent enrollment, International Baccalaureate, or Advanced Placement course.

   1. (b) A fee for a textbook used for a concurrent enrollment, International Baccalaureate, or Advanced Placement course is fee waivable as described in Section R277-407-9.
