1. (1) This rule incorporates by reference the Standard Test Administration and Testing Ethics Policy, dated May 2024, which establishes:

   1. (a) the purpose of testing;
   2. (b) the statewide assessments to which the policy applies;
   3. (c) direction to reference the formative tools' guidance documentation;
   4. (d) teaching practices before assessment occurs;
   5. (e) required procedures for after an assessment is complete and for providing assessment results;
   6. (f) unethical practices;
   7. (g) accountability for ethical test administration;

   8. (h) procedures related to testing ethics violations; and

      1. (i) additional resources.
