1. (1) The following personnel shall attend the annual School Safety and Security Training Program as described in Section 53G-8-702:

   1. (a) school principals;
   2. (b) school safety personnel described in Section 53G-8-701.5; and
   3. (c) others as invited by the LEA.
2. (2) The annual School Safety and Security Training Program shall take place no later than October 15th of each year.
