1. (1) the rate established by the PEHP fee schedule for medical services; or
2. (2) 50% of the billed charges for medical services if PEHP does not have a fee schedule established for a medical service.

Pursuant to Subsection 63M-7-511(4), if the victim does not have any collateral source to pay for medical services the office may pay:
