1. (1) Thomas Kearns Mansion Exterior.

   All exterior surfaces are considered Preservation Zone One.

2. (2) Thomas Kearns Mansion Floor One (Main Level).

   All areas on the main level are considered Preservation Zone One.

3. (3) Thomas Kearns Mansion Floor Two:

   1. (a) Main stairs and north stairs and well area is considered Preservation Zone One.

   2. (b) The private residence area on level two is considered Preservation Zone Two with the following exceptions which are considered Preservation Zone One:

      1. (i) Private Quarters Entry Hall:

         1. (A) permanent fixtures;
         2. (B) wall treatments;
         3. (C) wall sconces; and
         4. (D) flooring.

      2. (ii) Den and Living Room:

         1. (A) birdseye maple;
         2. (B) flooring;
         3. (C) fireplace;
         4. (D) plasterwork; and
         5. (E) woodwork.

      3. (iii) Dining Room and TV Area:

         1. (A) plasterwork;
         2. (B) fireplace;
         3. (C) woodwork; and
         4. (D) flooring.

      4. (iv) All Bedrooms:

         1. (A) fireplaces where applicable;
         2. (B) permanent fixtures;
         3. (C) wall treatments;
         4. (D) wall sconces; and
         5. (E) flooring.

4. (4) Thomas Kearns Mansion Floor Three.

   All areas on level three are considered Preservation Zone One.

5. (5) Thomas Kearns Mansion Basement Level.

   1. (a) All wood doors and historic wood partition; and
   2. (b) Windows and window surrounds.

   All areas on basement level are considered Preservation Zone Two with the following exceptions which are Preservation Zone One:

   All exterior surfaces are considered Preservation Zone One.

7. (7) Carriage House Interior.

   All interior areas are considered Preservation Zone One, with the exception of the executive security control room and office area, which are Preservation Zone Two.
