1. (1) An applicant for licensure as an LDEM must submit documentation of current CPR certification for health care providers, for both adults and infants, from one of the following organizations:

   1. (a) American Heart Association;
   2. (b) American Red Cross or its affiliates; or
   3. (c) American Safety and Health Institute.

2. (2) An applicant for licensure as an LDEM must submit documentation of current newborn or neonatal resuscitation certification from one of the following organizations:

   1. (a) American Academy of Pediatrics;
   2. (b) American Heart Association; or
   3. (c) an MEAC approved program or accredited school.

Under Subsections 58-1-203(1), 58-1-301(3), and 58-77-302(5), the application requirements for licensure in Section 58-77-302 are as follows:
