1. (1) any one of the following examinations:

   1. (a) the WREB examination, with a passing score as established by the WREB;
   2. (b) the CDCA examination, with a passing score as established by the CDCA;
   3. (c) the SRTA examination, with a passing score as established by the SRTA;
   4. (d) the CRDTS examination, with a passing score as established by the CRDTS; or
   5. (e) the CITA examination, with a passing score as established by the CITA: and
2. (2) the CPR-BLS or ACLS-PALS examination, as evidenced by current CPR-BLS or ACLS-PALS certification.

Under Subsections 58-69-302(3)(e) and (f), an applicant for licensure as a dental hygienist shall pass the following examinations:
