1. (1) In accordance with Subsection 58-61-705(1)(d), an equivalent master or doctorate degree is a master or doctorate degree from an accredited university that:

   1. (a) is in one of the following educational fields:

      1. (i) education;
      2. (ii) human services;
      3. (iii) engineering;
      4. (iv) medicine; or
      5. (v) a field related to behavior analysis; and
2. (2) includes coursework in behavior analysis as approved and verified by the BACB.
