1. (1) failing to abide by the AAMFT Code of Ethics, effective January 1, 2026, which is incorporated by reference; or

2. (2) engaging in the supervised practice of clinical mental health therapy as a licensed AMFT or AMFT-Extern if the licensed individual:

   1. (a) has not completed a clinical practicum while obtaining a master's degree accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE); or
   2. (b) is not in compliance with Subsection 58-60-110(1)(b) and Sections R156-60e-307.1 and R156-60e-309.1.

Under Subsection 58-60-110(2), "unprofessional conduct" includes:
