1. (1) An electrical contractor may comply with supervision requirements by contracting with a licensed professional employer organization to employ one or more licensed electricians.

2. (2) A licensed supervisor may have up to:

   1. (a) two licensed apprentice electricians on a non-residential project; or
   2. (b) three licensed apprentice electricians on a residential project.

The requirements of Subsections 58-55-102(34) and 58-55-302(3)(j) are clarified and established as follows:
