1. (1) Scope. A licensee under this subsection may perform all work defined in Subsection 58-55-102(8).
2. (2) Inclusions and Exclusions. An apprentice electrician shall ensure all work performed under this subsection is within the scope defined under Subsection R156-55a-301m(1)(a).
3. (3) Subcontracting and Hiring. An apprentice electrician shall not subcontract with or employ any individual to perform work requiring a license under this rule.

The scope of practice for an Apprentice Electrician license under Code Subsection 58-55-301(2)(c) is defined in this subsection.
