1. (1) A licensee shall dispose of controlled substances in accordance with 21 CFR Part 1317 (July 26, 2022) which is incorporated by reference.

2. (2) A licensee who disposes of controlled substances shall:

   1. (a) maintain records of the disposal for five years from the date of disposal; and
   2. (b) make the records available for inspection upon request to the Division or its agents.
