1. (1) the following cosmetic drugs:

   1. (a) Latisse or generic equivalent; and
   2. (b) the injectable weight loss drug human chorionic gonadotropin; and

2. (2) the following legend, non-controlled drugs:

   1. (a) hormonal based contraception unless using except injectable or implantable methods;
   2. (b) hydroquinone up to 4%; and
   3. (c) tretinoin up to 0.1%.

The drugs that may be dispensed by a DMP in accordance with Subsection 58-17b-802(1) and Section 58-17b-803 are limited to:
