1. (1) In accordance with Section 58-17b-302 and Subsection 58-17b-601(1), Class E pharmacies shall have a written pharmacy care protocol that includes:

   1. (a) the identity of the supervisor or director;
   2. (b) a detailed plan of care;
   3. (c) the identity of the drugs to be purchased, stored, used, or accounted for; and
   4. (d) the identity of any licensed healthcare provider associated with the operation.
2. (2) Class E pharmacies shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws.
