1. (1) A request to amend adopted codes or approved codes shall be submitted to the Division on forms provided by the Division.
2. (2) The processing of requests for code amendments shall be in accordance with Division policies and procedures.

Under Section 15A-1-206, the procedures under which requests for amendments to codes shall be filed with the Division and recommended or declined for adoption are as follows:
