1. (1) Under Subsections 58-11a-302(3)(c)(iii), 58-11a-302(6)(c)(iii), 58-11a-302(9)(c)(iv), 58-11a-302(13)(c)(iii), 58-11a-302(16)(c)(iii), 58-11a-302(19)(c)(iii), and 58-11a-302(22)(c)(iii), if a barbershop, salon, or spa is under the same ownership or is otherwise associated with a school, then the barbershop, salon, or spa shall maintain separate operations from the school.

2. (2)(a) If the barbershop, salon, or spa is located in the same building as a school, then separate entrances and visitor reception areas are required; and

   1. (b) A barbershop, salon, or spa shall also use separate public information releases, advertisements, and names than those used by the school.
