1. (1) the governing standards established by the accreditation commission; and

2. (2) whether or not addressed in the governing standards:

   1. (a) enough of each type of training equipment so that each student has an equal opportunity to be properly trained;
   2. (b) laundry facilities to maintain sanitation and sterilization; and
   3. (c) appropriate amounts of clean towels, sheets, linen, sponges, headbands, compresses, robes, drapes, and other necessary linens for each student's and client's use.

Under Subsection 58-11a-302(3)(c)(iii), 58-11a-302(6)(c)(iii), 58-11a-302(9)(c)(iii), 58-11a-302(13)(c)(iii), 58-11a-302(16)(c)(iii), 58-11a-302(19)(c)(iii), or 58-11a-302(22)(c)(iii), the standards for the physical facilities for a school of barbering, cosmetology/barbering, electrology, esthetics, hair design, nail technology, or eyelash and eyebrow technology shall include:
