1. (1) an education or credential evaluation from an evaluator listed on the Division's website at https://dopl.utah.gov/cosmetology/; or
2. (2) other evidence that is satisfactory to the Division in collaboration with the Board.

Under Subsection 58-11a-302(23), an applicant may demonstrate the educational equivalency of the applicant's foreign school education by submitting to the Division:
