1. (1) if the entity submits its application for reinstatement before the expiration date shown on the license, the license shall be retroactively reinstated to the date of expiration of licensure; and
2. (2) if the entity submits its application for reinstatement after the expiration date shown on the license, the license shall be reinstated on the effective date of the approval of the application for reinstatement.

Under Subsection 58-1-308(2), if a dissolved entity's existence has been reinstated before the expiration date shown upon the entity's expired license, and the entity meets the qualifications for licensure:
