1. (1) The Division distributes the master list to all current registrants at the beginning of each month, followed by an update on the 15th of that month.

2. (2)(a) New CFS filings only appear in the latest edition of the master list or its update if filed with the Division before 4 p.m. on the 15th day of the month.

   1. (b) If the deadline falls on a weekend, holiday, or other non-business day, the deadline will be the next business day after the normal deadline.

3. (3) The Division distributes the master list in accordance with a registrant's choice:

   1. (a) via email in Microsoft Excel format;
   2. (b) on a CD in Microsoft Excel format; or
   3. (c) in printed format for an additional cost.
