1. (1) "Division" means the Utah Division of Corporations and Commercial Code in the Utah Department of Commerce.
2. (2) "Central filing system" or "CFS" means the Division's UCC and CFS system, as described in Sections R154-2-300 through R154-2-314.

3. (3) "CFS filing" includes:

   1. (a) a CFS-1 Effective Financing Statement;
   2. (b) a CFS-2 Request for Information;
   3. (d) a CFS-3 Statement of Amendment, Assignment, Continuation, or Termination; and
   4. (e) any supplements thereto.
4. (4) "CFS-4" means the Division's master list registration form.

Terms used in this rule that are defined in the Food Security Act of 1985, 7 U.S.C. Section 1631 or Section R154-2-100 and not otherwise defined in this section shall have the respective meanings given the terms in 7 U.S.C. Section 1631 and Section R154-2-100.
