1. (1) The purpose of this rule is to:

   1. (a) describe the information an applicant must provide in an application for registration as a maintenance funding provider;
   2. (b) establish the process for registration as a maintenance funding provider;
   3. (c) establish a process by which a maintenance funding provider may file a maintenance funding agreement with the division;
   4. (d) establish a process by which a maintenance funding provider shall file an annual report, in accordance with Section 13-57-203; and
   5. (e) carry out the provisions of Title 13, Chapter 57, Maintenance Funding Practices Act.
