1. (1) establish the process for:

   1. (a) initial registration of a health spa facility;
   2. (b) renewal of a health spa facility registration;
   3. (c) establishing a health spa facility surety exemption;
   4. (d) establishing a contract for health spa services should be excluded from surety calculation; and
   5. (e) notifying the division of any change to an applicant's registration information.
2. (2) aid the division's administration and enforcement of Title 13, Chapter 23, Health Spa Services Protection Act.
