1. (1) The terms used in this rule are defined in Section 63G-4-103.

2. (2) In addition:

   1. (a) "director" means the director of the Office of Administrative Rules; and
   2. (b) "digest" means the Utah State Digest which summarizes the content of the bulletin as required under Subsection 63G-3-402(1)(f).
