1. (1) Terms used in this rule are defined in Section 63G-3-102.

2. (2) In addition:

   1. (a) "director" means the director of the Office of Administrative Rules;
   2. (b) "hearing" means an administrative rule hearing; and
   3. (c) "officer" means an administrative rule hearing officer.
