L. 97–253, title I, § 120, 96 Stat. 766, and amended, which related to advance deficiency and diversion payments, was renumbered section 114 of act , by Pub. L. 101–624, title XI, § 1161(a)(1), , 104 Stat. 3520, and transferred to section 1445j of this title.
