Pub. L. 101–624, title VIII, § 801(4), , 104 Stat. 3459, provided that subpart I of part C of this subchapter (§ 1361 et seq.) is inapplicable to 1991 through 1995 crops of peanuts.
Pub. L. 99–198, title VII, § 701(4), , 99 Stat. 1430, provided that subpart I of part C of this subchapter (§ 1361 et seq.) is inapplicable to 1986 through 1990 crops of peanuts.
