Section, act Apr. 21, 1948, ch. 224, § 1, 62 Stat. 197, transferred records, property, and civilian personnel of the Remount Service of the Quartermaster Corps of the Army to the Department of Agriculture effective , and was omitted from the Code as obsolete.
