7 U.S.C. § 368c
Section, act Mar. 2, 1887, ch. 314, § 10, 24 Stat. 442, which was not reenacted by act Aug. 11, 1955, ch. 790, 69 Stat. 671, reserved the right to Congress to amend, suspend, or repeal any or all of the provisions of act . See section 361i of this title.
