Of the amount authorized to be appropriated by section 301,¹ $15,000,000 is available for the procurement of—

1. (1) equipment capable of detecting the movement of weapons of mass destruction and related materials into the United States;
2. (2) equipment capable of interdicting the movement of weapons of mass destruction and related materials into the United States; and
3. (3) materials and technologies related to use of equipment described in paragraph (1) or (2).
