1. (a) Fiscal Years 2006 Through 2013.— There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary—

   1. (1) $30,000,000 for carrying out section 26101; and
   2. (2) $30,000,000 for carrying out section 26102,

   for each of the fiscal years 2006 through 2013.

2. (b) Funds To Remain Available.— Funds made available under this section shall remain available until expended.
