Authorization of appropriations

Effective Dec 18, 2015(Added Pub. L. 104–88, title II, § 201(a), Dec. 29, 1995, 109 Stat. 934, § 705; renumbered § 1305 and amended Pub. L. 114–110, §§ 3(a)(3), 7, Dec. 18, 2015, 129 Stat. 2228, 2232.)

There are authorized to be appropriated for the activities of the Board—

  1. (1) $33,000,000 for fiscal year 2016;
  2. (2) $35,000,000 for fiscal year 2017;
  3. (3) $35,500,000 for fiscal year 2018;
  4. (4) $35,500,000 for fiscal year 2019; and
  5. (5) $36,000,000 for fiscal year 2020.
