There are authorized to be appropriated for the activities of the Board—

1. (1) $33,000,000 for fiscal year 2016;
2. (2) $35,000,000 for fiscal year 2017;
3. (3) $35,500,000 for fiscal year 2018;
4. (4) $35,500,000 for fiscal year 2019; and
5. (5) $36,000,000 for fiscal year 2020.
