Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated for the activities of the Board—

  1. (1) $8,421,000 for fiscal year 1996;
  2. (2) $12,000,000 for fiscal year 1997; and
  3. (3) $12,000,000 for fiscal year 1998.
