Section, Pub. L. 94–228, title IV, § 407, , 90 Stat. 209, authorized appropriations for Pollock-Herreid Unit. Section 12(a) of Pub. L. 100–516 provided in part that:
“The Pollock-Herreid Unit shall remain an authorized feature of the Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program.”
