The provisions of previous Acts of Congress not inconsistent with the provisions of this subchapter shall remain in full force and effect.

“Nothing in this Act [see

section 485k of this title] shall be construed to amend the Boulder Canyon Project Act (

45 Stat. 1057), as amended [section 617 et seq. of this title].”
