Purpose; designation

  1. (a) Purpose The purpose of this subchapter is to establish within the Department of Energy a national fellowship program for elementary and secondary school mathematics and science teachers.
  2. (b) Designation A recipient of a fellowship under this subchapter shall be known as an “Albert Einstein Fellow”.
