Savings Provision

Pub. L. 116–260, div. Z, title III, § 3006(e)(2), Dec. 27, 2020, 134 Stat. 2513, provided that:

“The repeal of the Solar Energy Research, Development, and Demonstration Act of 1974 (

42 U.S.C. 5551 et seq.) under paragraph (1) shall not affect the authority of the Secretary of Energy to conduct research and development on solar energy.”
