Effective Date of Repeal

Pub. L. 94–484, title V, § 503(c), Oct. 12, 1976, 90 Stat. 2300, provided that:

“The amendments made by this section [amending former

section 295f–2 of this title and repealing this section and

section 245a of this title] shall take effect

October 1, 1977.”
