Effective Date of Repeal

Savings Provision

Pub. L. 89–15, § 9(b), Apr. 26, 1965, 79 Stat. 79, provided in part that:

“The repeal of these sections [sections 2513 and 2514 of this title] shall not affect the disbursement of funds under, or the carrying out of, any contract, commitment, or other obligations entered into pursuant to the Area Redevelopment Act [this chapter] prior to the effective date of the repeal of such sections.”
